Usually we recommend that the first two types of analysis are preceded by a 'training' session in which one of our lawyers spends a half-day or full-day with certain members of your senior staff.  This has the benefit of raising the level of awareness of data protection compliance requirements, thus facilitating the audit phase and saving your organisation time and money.

Full Data Protection Audit – the full audit involves a thorough investigation into every aspect of personal data processing undertaken by the investigation, followed by the production of a detailed report containing recommendations for remedial action to achieve a thorough and comprehensive level of compliance. The investigation stage is usually undertaken at your premises, consisting of an interview with the heads of relevant departments.

Compliance Review – The Compliance Review is an overview analysis of the areas of your operations which are most likely to bring you into a substantial breach of data protection requirements. The reporting stage consists of a risk assessment, where we make recommendations for areas of your business that we consider raise key compliance issues.

Website Compliance Audit – we will review the content and operation of your website for possible data protection breaches and provide a compliance report for remedial action.
