Data Protection Audits We provide our clients with three types of data protection compliance analysis. Full Data Protection Audit – the Full Audit involves a thorough investigation into every aspect of personal data processing undertaken by the organisation, followed by the production of a detailed report containing recommendations for remedial action to achieve a thorough and comprehensive level of compliance. The audit process involves a member of our team being present at your premises. We will need to have access to all relevant documentation and will need to conduct face-to-face interviews with relevant members of your staff. Compliance Review – the Compliance Review is an risk analysis of the areas of your operations which are most likely to bring your organisation into a breach of data protection requirements. We will provide you with an overview report, in which we make recommendations for remedial action in relevant areas of your operations. Website Compliance Audit – the Website Audit involves us reviewing the content and operation of your website, including its privacy policy, for possible data protection issues. We provide a report specifying any necessary remedial action. For each type of audit we can, at your request, revisit your organisation to certify that any recommended remedial action has been carried out. Please contact
