Electronic Subscription Licence Terms
The electronic version of both
Privacy & Data Protection
and Freedom of Information
journals is sent to subscribers by
PDF document in an email. The electronic version
enables subscribers to:
-
receive the journal approximately 4
days before the hard copy edition;
-
share the journal with colleagues in
the subscriber's organisation by forwarding the email to them; and
-
share the journal with colleagues in
the subscriber's organisation by
making the electronic version of the journal available on the
organisation's internal intranet
The terms of the standard electronic
subscription licence prevent subscribers sending a copy of the journal
to anyone outside of their own organisation.
Electronic copies of the journal must
not be uploaded to any publicly available database ( such as a
subscriber's website ).
