He is Chairman of the BSI Archives & Records Management Committee and is the author of BIP 0025-3, part of the BSI Effective Records Management series, a publication dealing with performance management within record management programmes. Amongst his other professional activities, Philip has served as Director and then Chairman of the Records Management Society. He is currently President of the International Records Management Council. Philip was voted UK Records Manager of the Year 2000.
