Alterations/Disclaimer
It may be necessary for PDP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue.  In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by PDP, a full refund will be made.  For all bookings, the liability of PDP shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to PDP by the delegate.  PDP shall not be liable where an event is cancelled or cannot take place due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Registration Information
Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. PDP will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us on +44 (0)845-226 5723.

Late Payment
PDP reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc.

A real eye opener into the world of Data Protection Compliance through an excellent delivery of an interactive course that meets every course participant's requirements.  Many thanks again for the course I thought your delivery was excellent and feel now that I have grasped a sound understanding.  I guess the difficulties now are getting around the practicalities and the operational issues to ensure that Mills & Reeve follow the highest level possible of Data Compliance.  I have already been in touch with my recruitment agencies this morning to ensure that they are following the rules

The Privacy & Data Protection seminar was a good forum.  As it was a small group, it gave me an excellent chance to ask questions that were specific to our business and clients.  Peter Carey is an excellent speaker.  He was able to provide information immediately and was well versed with the DPA.  The session was interactive, educational, enjoyable - and not at all intimidating!  Highly recommended
